Welcome to Rhinopal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rhinopal website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Rhinopal provides a digital product redemption platform that enables merchants to deliver licenses, keys, and digital files to their customers instantly. The Service includes web-based dashboards, integrations with third-party marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok), and tools for managing digital inventory and automated messaging.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans of 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. Subscriptions will not automatically renew at the end of each term unless the customer has opted for a recurring payment method.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-transferable. Pricing for each plan is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Free trials, promotional pricing, or discounts may be offered at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Notify Rhinopal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

Rhinopal will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Prohibited Uses

You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or that is unlawful or fraudulent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to deliver content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use the Service in connection with spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rhinopal and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Malaysia and foreign countries.

You retain ownership of any content, digital files, product descriptions, and other materials that you upload or submit through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Rhinopal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share Your Content and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

Modifications to Service

Rhinopal reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that Rhinopal shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

We may, at our sole discretion, perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that may temporarily affect availability of the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rhinopal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

In no event shall Rhinopal's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service exceed the total amount you paid to Rhinopal for the subscription plan in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the limitations above shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rhinopal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
• Rhinopal may delete Your Content from active systems, subject to retention requirements under our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be settled by amicable negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.

You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
